A smart sales person is someone who,

- develops healthy connect with the prospect base
- have passion of achieving revenue targets assigned and earn incentives
In most of the branch cities, sales team will work directly on field and reporting to central office team in Pune. So self-discipline, self-motivation and maturity to handle market is pre-requisite
The responsibilities are:
- Identifying the prospects through segmenting the market in smarter ways
- Achieving sales revenue target by signing new b2b clients
- Presenting the product offerings to the prospects, handling objections, negotiating and closing the sales
- Formulating sales strategy and executing for area specific.
- Ensuring adherence to pricing and documentation policy
- Enhancing positive branding in the market through sales interactions.
